Resources (billing, client/project management) for small web business?

For a little background; my main business is as a photographer and I have the business side pretty dialed. I use FirstEdge for accounting and get by with default Apple programs (Mail, iCal, etc) for client/project management.

I've started taking clients for my website development business and was wondering if anyone could provide some advice on business resources they use; particularly geared towards a low volume business.

Are there some programs you really like for accounting/billing, project/client management?

Which websites/forums do you like for discussing the business aspect of website development?
