Don't have featured Content Gallery Plugin

Hi
Have purchased church theme mainly for the featured content feature- but I can't seem to find the plugin within my church folder anywhere at all, as instructed in the thread: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=16

Is there something I am missing?
(all i have within my church folder download are the following folders: images, javascript, tools and xml folder. )

Please help.
