Best Forum for wordpress

Greetings,

One of my sites is currently using the Church theme with a phpBB3 forum. It is on a separate database but on the same server.

I like how studiopress uses the vbulletin and I also like invision power board.

What would be the best board to do the following:

1. Import my phpBB3 posts, attachments and users and include the users with my wordpress members.

2. Use one login for the entire site.

3. Is easy to upgrade

4. Allows for the latest forum posts to be displayed on the wordpress site.
