Adding categories to the nav bar

Hi,

I posted this question a while back, and while I was sent a link to a previous thread, I couldn't access it. I'm still trying to add categories to the nav bar.

I would like to add 'Recipes' to the nav bar, linking to a page which includes everything in the recipe category.

Is there a relatively easy way to do this?
