Are all themes build on genesis and ...?

Hi everybody

It has been a while since I have been in here but now I am back and I am considering buying the Pro Package (I previously have purchased the Magazine theme classic)

Please forgive me if my question is stupid but I ask because I am not sure.

Are all themes built by studiopress now built on genesis.
If I by the Pro Package. What do I do then. I have wordpress on my server - do I then install genesis and first after installing that I must install the theme I need for that particular project?
