How to change Enews & Updates signup options?

Does anyone know how I could change the code of the Enews & Updates signup options? Instead of a popup, I'd like to link the Go button to go directly within my website to a traditional email signup form I have setup there.

Many thanks in advance for any advice you could give! I've been experimenting with it, but keep erasing vital parts of the code.
