help with forums and contests

Have to ask. As the smartest and most helpful, I'm looking for some assistance integrating a member and forum site. Had some issues with Wishlist which I'm hoping they can resolve, but need to get a forum behind a paywall for a contest we're hosting. Or another way to host the contest where we're asking for essays, videos or whatever in answer to questions about how to make the green economy succeed.

So if there's anyone who would be able to help me out, I'd love to chat and get a quote. Thanks. Tana
