Streamline UPGRADE

I have streamline classic...

I want to disconnect it from the current site. Move it to a new site, ditch the classic part and upgrade it to Genesis Framewok.

Can I do this without having to purchase the streamline theme with genesis which means I'd only purchase Genesis ?

Is it better to just purchase them ( Streamline & Genesis ) both together, I guess I'm asking if there will be with a streamline classic theme and genesis framework issue?
