468x60 in header

We are using the header basically as it came.

How big a deal is it to add a 468x60 on the right side of the header, as with several of the other designs? (I see some partial answers to this in past posts.)

If not a major project, can you suggest an approach?

(I know the design calls for 468x above or below tabber, but it looks a bit off to me.)
