Election Poll Plugin

Hi I'm designing a Revolution website for a client, and one of the feature he wants is the ability to hold student elections online. I've found many poll plugins for wordpress, but I don't know any that are really secure that could be used for this feature. What we need is something that would allow registered students to login and vote, without any ability to vote twice or to allow non-students to vote.

Are you guys aware of any plugins that can do this? And if not, what about polling websites or things of that nature? Please let me know.
