Can feedburner access passworded post?

Can feedburner access passworded post?

Any chance someone knows how to get around the fact feedburner will not access a wp protected post? I've read that it can if the whole directory is and you can supply a username & password ("http://user:password@www.domain.com/index.xml") But wp only has passwords within their post...

HELP!
