Want to pull posts from a page

I created a page for reviews. I've decided that I would prefer to use a plugin that pulls the reviews into a widget.

To do this, the page would have to be made of posts, right? I'd have to trash the page and create a blog post for each review?

If so, then how would I add it as a page in the menu?
