Wordpress Page/Post Search Plugin

Hello,

I hate the search page and post feature in the wordpress blog admin. Even if you put the exact name of the page or post it comes up as not found. Is there a plugin that you can recommend that will provide a better and faster search in the admin of a blog for pages and posts.
