What am I doing wrong?

I have just signed up to Revolution 2 and just trying to work everything out.

I have uploaded the theme and the plugin for the featured content gallery and I've uploaded some images.

However, this is what my featured content looks like:

It is nothing like how it looks on the them demo and I have created 2 posts with 2 different images but it is only showing 1 - what am I doing wrong?
