Get Satisfaction Feedback System on Genesis ?

We are using Genesis as the format for several sites at RVNN.TV and RVNewsNet.com, and are trying to add the community feedback system from GetSatisfaction.

We have tried adding the widgets from GS into the template as text, with no success. Their forums point to a Wordpress plugin that requires PEAR extensions to the PHP installation and apparently is abandoned by the developer and is broken by Wordpress 3.0 .

Is there any reference on incorporating GetSatisfaction into a Genesis based site ?
