Default Security warning on my WP-admin

PLEASE HELP - I just got this security warning on QWP-Super Cache plugin -- i disable but can't get any photo uploaded

Warning! /home/content/11/4170911/html/wp-content is writeable!

You should change the permissions on /home/content/11/4170911/html/wp-content and make it more restrictive. Use your ftp client, or the following command to fix things: chmod 755 /home/content/11/4170911/html/wp-content/

what does it mean?

Now I can't seem to save media photos - did i get hacked? http://chicagofree.info

what doe sit mean?
