Transferring test Site to real site - Pb with Text Widget / Genesis ?

Hi,

Configuration:

• WP 3.04
• Genesis 1.4.1
• Child Theme: Going Green Child Theme 1.0
• Plugin: WordPress Database Backup 2.2.3 (http://austinmatzko.com/wordpress-plugins/wp-db-backup/)

I am developping locally on my PC with a virtual machine.

See the temporary result online here: www.en.mon-anglais.com and www.fr.mon-anglais.com.

On the homepage, I am using the Text widget in several places:

• Primary Sidebar to display the 2 flags with the following code

• At the bottom of the page, in the footer 1, footer 2, footer 3 widget placeholders, to place titles and pure text (no link inside there).

My workflow is the following:

• 1) develop locally or on a dummy Internet address online,
• 2) When everything is ready for launch or publication, backup the database with the Wordpress Database Backup plugin.
• 3) Upload the file with PhpMyAdmin to the real site or another local site for demo

Everything is usually working perfectly (and I have been doing a lot of sites like that).

Except here, when I use the famous Wordpress Database backup to save the database and I upload the result on the real site, or any another local test site, all Widget based on the text Widget disappear...

Any idea why, or what I should be looking for?

That's the first time I have this problem, very annoying...
