newbie question: how to personalize r2?

Hi. Sorry to waste your time - but for the life of me I can't find a tutorial for an ignorant newbie like me, just getting started, on how the heck to customize r2 (lifestyle) after uploading the theme to wordpress. I have zero technical/ code knowledge (is that required?). I want to change things like colour, fonts, get my title name, etc.
I am sure there must be something out there - thanks for your suggestions.
