How to link a featured image on homepage to a page not post?

Default How to link a featured image on homepage to a page not post?
Hello,

Is it possible to have a featured content gallery image on the homepage link to a page already created instead of linking it to a post?

For example: A user clicks on the homepage at http://www.sologoodenglish.org/ on the featured content gallery and the link takes the user to http://www.sologoodenglish.org/?page_id=17
