Testimonial Plugin?

Hello,

I have a client that is looking for a Testimonial Plugin where clients can enter testimonials from his site. One thing we need to make sure of is that he has the ability to monitor them before they go live. It would also be nice to have widget capabilities to put in the sidebar. Can anyone recommend a good plugin for this?
