trying to add a store locator to my studionpress sight

Hello, I am trying to add a store locator to my site. I installed the plug-in "Store Locator" by Viadat. It works for a post but would like to add it to my home page on home bottom widget #3. So that it show the mapping of our store.

Basically I want an interactive map in home bottom #3, any ideas? Any help will be appreciated.
