Broken Homepage

Hi need some help...I launched my site after extensive beta testing but I have received word from some folks that the homepage only in IE and in Safari looks horrible: the text is huge. All the other pages work fine. There is no problem in Firefox--PC or Mac version (v2.0 or v3.0).

This had worked fine before. I would be grateful for any input.
