Default Backing up the website...

Hi,

I am using the Genesis child theme to design my website.

I have made a lot of changes in the style.css and functions.php, and have also created some other php files.

What is the best way to back up these files and my entire website?

Do I back it up from my server host's website? Is there a Wordpress plugin for backup?

What do you suggest?

Regards,
Vishal
