How to align social media buttons on Homepage posts?

I want to do two things on my homepage over at http://MMAFight.com. I just installed the "ShareThis" code on my Home.php in order to have the Facebook, Twitter and E-mail buttons right under each of my posts. If you go to the homepage, you will see the buttons already installed in each of the columns that have thumbnails:

Under "UFC and MMA News" , "UFC and MMA Videos" and "UFC Chicks".

First, I want to be able to have all of the buttons on the same line, along with the comment bubble icon which is there as well. Some are aligned perfectly, the others are all in disorder. If you look at the section labeled "UFC Chicks", those are aligned perfectly, I would like to have the above columns the same way.

Secondly, how would I be able to connect each of the buttons to its respective post. For example, if I wanted to share a certain post there like say the first one on the top left, "UFC 123 Results", once I click on the Facebook button, it tries to share my website MMAFight.com, when I want to share the post itself "UFC 123 Results". How can I fix that?
