Problem with Upgrade to WP 2.6.2

I use the Revolution News theme on my blog. Hopefully this is the right place to post this question. When I upgraded to Word Press version 2.6.2, the featured posts box with the tabs for 4 of my categories normally located in the upper left corner of my home page, has disappeared. Now, the first post of each of the 4 categories is on the home page twice. Here is the link http://www.CantStopRockin.com. Can anyone tell me the code to fix this?
