So, first off, I love Genesis and StudioPress, will shout it from the rooftops, and love all of the flexibility I now have since switching from musty old blogger to WP on the Genesis framework.
I guess I was just hoping for more of a boost to my subscriber numbers, which, according to Feedburner, have remained static (right around 100) since I switched to WordPress about a month ago. I do have greater "reach," I think, since making the switch. It's actually a little counterintuitive to me, because I'm getting more comments on posts, and comments from new people who haven't visited the site before. And I feel like I'm doing more stuff with the site now that I have this nice big "house" to play in. Just wondering if this could possibly be blamed on my having not switched on a button somewhere, or something. And my Feedburner number is totally, completely off today, since it seems to think I only have 19 subscribers from Google feedfetcher today instead of 84, which has been the number for several weeks. Don't know what that's about - I went and deactivated some plugins, just in case. Anyway, here's my site: http://scrutinies.net and my Feedburner feed is: http://feeds.feedburner.com/scrutinies/blog |
