Help with SEO Settings in Genesis!

Hi Guys,

Is there a guide that explains the Genesis SEO settings? I really want to optimize my blog correctly but to be honest I'm not too sure how to do it. If someone could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it. Any tips or advice would be awesome!
