Pre-sale Social Eyes Theme Design/Header Questions

Hello,

I currently run a basic self hosted wordpress with a free theme. I am intrigued by the Genesis framework. I know nothing about it other than what I have read on the site.

I really like the social eyes theme design. But my questions are:

1. In the header image, it has a girl's face and the words "Social Eyes Theme." Is this easy to edit within the genesis software, or would I have to download the header image and use image editing software to manually change this?

2. Can you adjust the column width and/or use custom colors using built-in options, or do you have to manually edit the code files?

Thanks in advance. I really like the way this theme looks and I am thinking of buying it.
