News Feed link gives a file not found error

I am not sure how I screwed this up, but I believe this link was working fine till couple days ago.

Currently the new feed link in the top right hand corner points to http://stayingfitonline.com/feed/rss/, this now gives an error when you click on it. The feedburner part is working well. I can always point the http://feeds2.feedburner.com/stayingfitonline but I want to understand if someone can help me determine what action could've broken this link.
