My subdomain redirects to my main domain... how odd

Hi all,

I just discovered that my subdomain now redirects to the top level domain, for some reason. The only thing I can think of is that I updated my wp to the latest version a few weeks ago - I don't know if this writes something new to the .htaccess file (I checked but it looks the same to me...) and nothing else has changed.

Any ideas are most welcome.
