graphic inconsistency and links not underlined

Hi

I have recently added some new posts to my blog and found that some graphics have a gray stroke around them and some do Not. How do I make sure all posts DO have this stroke?

Also, I noticed that my links are Not underlined so how do I make them underlined as the default?
