Print This / Email This

Hi everyone,

I bought the Lifestyle 2.0 theme (I think it's 2.0) in late January. I'm trying to get a printer friendly version and email this on my website (this is the work site):

http://csrdigest.donaid.com/

These don't seem to be working. I used plugins from http://lesterchan.net/

However, I note that there are blog posts with instructions on how to do this. I can't seem to find these.

Any help will be much appreciated, thanks!
