Custom permalink structure

Hi there guys!

I'm trying to customize my permalinks structure like this
http://domain.com/category/subcategory/post , the problem I'm facing
is that if I'm using these tags "/%category%/%category%/%postname%"
I'm going to get a duplicate of the categories and subcategories like this
http://domain.com/category/subcategory/category/subcategory/post

I looked up on codex.wordpress and on different forums, but I didn't find
and answer to solve this, I have a feeling that some experts here will know.
