Taking wordpress to a higher level

Not sure where this fits in the grand scheme of things. My understanding is that it is in forum themes

Then is the revolution logo just added in at the left of that gif

Where is the revolution logo that normally sites to the left of that, where is the url for that.

I am trying to understand this so that I can better make changes to my own forum page
