sub sub pages aren't showing in Nav Bar

sub sub pages aren't showing in Nav Bar

I've followed the tutuorials...clearly i've overlooked something somewhere though.

I can't get sub sub pages to show in the main nav bar.
eg. would be in church demo;
nav bar menu: "Sample page", "sub sub page #1"

I can of course get "sub page #1" to show, but nothing more.
