Clickable Tabber Image?

I would like to make my tabber images clickable and haven't been able to figure out how to make this happen. I searched the forum, but didn't find the answer.

I'd like to set up my tabber images like this site: http://www.continuityblueprint.com/members/ If someone clicks on the tabber image, they're taken to that particular post, as opposed to only being able to click on the post heading. Where do I enter the URL to make this happen?
