Widgets & Video

Hi,
Loving the theme, but I don't know how to access the widgets text, for example

Homepage Middle Widget

Where do I go in the backend to change the content please? (is it home.php)

Also, I like the embedded YouTube video, but no idea how you did this, plus how do I add the widget text as you have done on the 'About Us' in the template pretty please?
