Default Extra Widget Showing Up on IE

I am using Streamline 3.0 Classic theme. I am noticing a problem with an extra widget after Collapsing Pages on the right hand side bar. I have gone into the widgets and there is nothing there between Collapsing Pages and the WP Autoresponder widget that comes next. I'm not sure where this is coming from, but it is causing some problems with other pages and moving the sidebar over to the left, almost centering on the page.

I am not having this problem on Firefox either on PC or Mac.

The website is:
http://artandcusinceadventures.com

One page it is causing problems with is:
http://artandcuisineadventures.com/?page_id=3120
