Best Password Protected Forum

hi guys

love sp more everyday and all the moderators, fav forum anywhere

not just asking that because Im here again asking a question just as an observation since being on board last year summer time - your support is outstanding!

I have a new site which needs a password protect forum which upgrades members automatically and manually where someone is 'qualified' to answer certain questions

do you guys have a recommendation for which one to use?
