Ad block doesn't work

Hi,
I have a problem with my Ad block (the block between the article and the comments)

In Church Theme Options, I go to 468x60 Ad block. Then I say "yes " for " Display an ad between the post and comments?". Then I enter my ad code: http://domainname.com/wp-content/the...ages/image.jpg And then I clic on "Save settings" But there is no change. Where I entered my code, the box is empty. My information was not saved.
