Which Theme do you suggest I use?

Hi im trying to build a WP site that looks similar to http://www.crawfordelectrical.ca/

I own all the themes, so its just a matter of which theme would require the least customization.

The I need a large logo similar to the crawford site and the three separate bottom sections.
The issue with most WP themes I can find is the logo/header doesn't stay on every page.

Now i don't need a different image on every page one static image will do.

Im looking for suggestions or I just have to pay a coder to make a new WP off the crawford page.
