Title On Page Not Aligning Properly

Title On Page Not Aligning Properly

I have set the CSS area that controls the div Content Left >> Post Area to 730pxs, the desired width. But the title displays in the top right.

When I set the same CSS to 590pxs, the title displays properly in the top left. Any dieas on how I can fix this?
