Tracking SE Keyword Phrases

What's the best way to track many different search engine phrases w/o having to go do it manually. My buddy mentioned

1. authoritylabs.com - $25 monthly but very accurate
2. sescout.com - cheaper but he says it's not as accurate

I need to start something like this and was hoping to get your advice.

I realized there's seomoz at $99 month - can't afford that.....

Any other ideas out there?
