Widget Text Scrolls past Footer!

Widget Text Scrolls past Footer!

I added text to the home page bottom left widget, it really wan't that long but it went past the footer, almost like the footer was fixed in location. I looked through all the styles to see where there was a height specified but couldn't find anything. Can you help?
One more thing, I want to change the style of the home page bottom left widget "title" so it's bold, can't find the right style or where to do that. I also tried to use html [b] but the Text widget title box kept removing the html code. Any ideas?
