Custom Fields showing

I'm using Custom Fields on my blog so when I use the FCG articleimg in custom fields it actually shows on my post (ie it says articleimg followed by http://etc). I guess this will also happen with the custom field 'thumbnail'.

Is there any way to stop certain custom fields showing on a post or should I stop using custom fields for everything except images?

My site is http://bagchic.net - if you click on one of the featured posts it will take you to the post and you'll see what I mean.
