Lifestyle amember wp plugin widget issue

Lifestyle amember wp plugin widget issue

I am just hoping that perhaps someone here has used the amember widget plugin and Lifestyle or one of Brian's these wih similar sidebars.

When I activate the plugin and move the widget into the sidebar, the widget does not format and if in the top or right sidebar it breaks out of the sidebar.

You can see this on the far right side of the screen.

Any suggestions or advice on how to resolve and and the same time give this widget a proper title and formatting in the Lifestyle theme?
