500 internal server error on my blog!

Can anyone help me with this?

I just edited a post in my blog - all I did was remove 1 tag from a recent post and add a new one in its place. Then I logged off and received a 500 internal server error.

Now I can't log in at all, and visiting the URL still produces this error.

Any help with this is sincerely appreciated.
