Now let me see if I fully understand this?

Before I get into trouble, I want to confirm what I understand. The deal just seems too good to be true. If I have this right if I buy the full package for $249.95 I have lifetime access to all templates and if I desire to install one on a client site I can do so. It that right? Or do I have it all wrong. But I cannot resale the template but I can build a full blown web for a client and charge him for the labor of installing and setting up the template for him.
