How d I update the Header to my liking?

How d I update the Header to my liking?

This entire thread has to do with images and the Header, so I put it in one thread.

1. How/Where do I switch out the header/banner, or change the header name from "Church Theme" to Oak Hill Church.
2. How do I get the ad off there entirely, and put our mission "To know Christ and make Him known" in place of it, so the entire header is deemless?
3. The "Tab Logo" is a big "C". How do I change this out to an image of my liking?

By the way, I got my Featured Content working. Thanks for your help!
