Image Mayhem

Images uploaded are automatically resized to my default thumbnail size (150x100). At the time of upload, I am not provided the option to produce images of different sizes (e.g. the thumbnail, medium and large sizes alluded to in the Media Settings).

Additionally, and while I can easily get the images (thumbnails only as a result of the issue noted above) to make their way into the Featured Content Gallery plugin, I cannot get the images to appear in the Additional Photos section of the Ageny Theme property post. Any suggestions?
